Journalists in Norway are a funny breed. They tend to be more on the left end of the political spectrum than the population, and they are not exactly the smartest breed, either. Many have become so politically correct, that whenever a crime is committed by a non-Norwegian, this will not be mentioned. The police is not allowed to publish statistics that show the over-representation of immigrants when it comes to crime. (Approx. 1/3rd - 1/4th of all inmates in Norwegian prisons are muslims, while they represent only 2-4% of the Norwegian population.)
But when a politician does twitter that an immigrant was involved in something as meagre as a simple car accident, then it becomes fodder for the front page.
And what makes you such an experet on immigrant issues? Your disdain towards them? Are you on the Frp pay roll? I came to your blog hoping I would find some interesting insights on immigrtant issues but from your jargon you seem just another Frp who seems to enjoy immigrant bashing. Won’t be here again. Dont take him serious, he doesn’t know that Frp sooner or later will be in government. It’s the peoples wish and so it will be. 80% of the people support the immigrationpolicy of Frp. How many do you think support the immigrationpolicy of Ap (Workers party) ? or worse SV? I think SV is one of the parties that have the smallest support on immigrationpolicy both by norwegians and foreigners living in Norway. Immigrationpolicy is important since the 3 largest cities in Sweden now has car-burning youths. When will it come to Norway? What will the police do (or not do)? Police cant stop them, it has to be drastic reduced immigration which in turn none of the left parties understand.
